The American Embassy Antananarivo requires the operation and management of security guard services in order to prevent unauthorized access, maintain order, deter criminal and terrorist attacks against employees, dependents, property, and provide all equipment, management, administration and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as reqiured in this contract. Services will be performed in Antananarivo, Madagascar. Approximate manhour requirements are Guard Supervisor 17,520 hours per year, Senior Guard 29,400 hours per year, Guard/Driver 13,140 hours per year, and Guard 306,760 hours per year. These requirements may change depending on fund availability in forthcoming periods. Solicitation is for one base year and four one-year periods at the option of the government.
