The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) seeks a Contractor to provide a full range of travel management services. The Contractor shall be able to demonstrate a high degree of travel service expertise which emphasizes customer satisfaction. The PTO will provide space for an on-site travel management center. The successful offeror must service the PTO from this location within Crystal City VA. The Contractor shall provide all necessary office equipment, furnishings, supplies, tariffs, automated reservation and ticketing equipment, accounting software, computer systems, communications services, and related items necessary to conduct its operations to fulfill the following contract requirements: Transporation reservations, issuance and delivery of tickets for air, rail, bus and steamship carriers; and where possible advance seat assignments and advance boarding passes; Reservations for hotel/motel accomodations; Commercial automobile rental services; International travel, where applicable, including assistance in obtaining passports, visas, and advice regarding health requirements; Emergency prepaid ticket delivery; Detailed travel itineraries; Management information and billing reports derived from the booking data base; Automated reconciliation of transporation charges incurred through the Government Travel Authorization; Seminars, meetings and workshops at sites selected by the PTO; Information pamphlets for PTO travelers using the Contractor; Leisure travel services for the personal use and at the personal expense of PTO employees.
