The work includes additions and renovations to Buildings 68 & 570 and incidental related work. Work in Building 68 includes: the removal and disposal of existing concrete landing, sidewalk, curbing and installation of concrete landing ramps, sidewalk and metal handrails; removal, disposal and patching of asphalt paving; replacement of exterior doors, frames and hardware; installation of gypsum board and metal stud furring; installation of vinyl wallcovering; removal and disposal of existing abandoned overhead steam pipes, fire alarm pull station, safety switch and conduit; mechanical, electrical work and incidental related work. Work in Building 570 includes: the addition of a steel framed, metal sided entry; removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk, steps and metal handrails, underground utilities work; painting of existing exterior metal stairs and handrails; installation of gypsum board over existing concrete, masonry walls; installation of ceramic tile; additions to existing fire alarm system; mechanical, electrical work and incidental related work. NOTICE THIS SOLICITATION IS ADVERTISED AS UNRESTRICTED. Estimated cost is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Estimated duration of the contract is 180 calendar days for completion. (0201)
