There will be 90 day 3 bid options as follows: Option 1: Demolition of Building 111. This is approximately 10,500 square foot training facility. Demolition includes asbestos and lead paint abatement and incidental related work.Option 2: new 1600 square yard parking lot and incidental related work. Option3: Bury electrical services between Bates Avenue and Building 111 and incidentalrelated work. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) notto be in the Government~s best interests, the Government will evaluate offers foraward purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
