Work includes site demolition, clearing, site grading, underground utilities, septic systems, building remodeling, gravel surfacing, loaming, seeding, and transplanting of native plant material. Construction of four (4) RV sites and one (1) cul-de-sac. Remove existing water, sewer, and electrical hookups at five (5) campsites. Remove asphalt in selected areas. Rehabilitation of existing three (3) toilet buildings, including addition of showers within one (1) existing building. Construct septic systems for three (3) toilet buildings and four (4) RV sites. Rewiring of entire campground electric system, and rerouting water lines in selected areas. Install controls for water tank into adjacent building. Install chain link fence around water tank. A prebid meeting will be scheduled on or around August 24, 1995. It is anticipated work will begin on or around September 25, 1995, and be completed by December 1, 1995. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 08/11/95. Estimated cost range of project is from $100,000 to $250,000. (0201)
