NOTE: With this type of window system, only the operating window sash is removed leaving the surrounding wood frame attached to new double-hung sash windows & clading. Replacement windows are to be double-hung sash, white, aluminum, thermally broken frame with tilt-in features, 2 sash balances per sash, cam lock, full screen and 1'' clear insulated glass.
