Relocation of the beacon will be performed by the USCG. Demolish and remove the existing control tower building, including foundations, mechanical and electrical services and equipment. The tower building hasasbestos containing materials and surfaces coated with lead base paint materials. Relocate utilities, construct new utilities and asphalt paving. Construct a one story, 1,700 GSF ''GSE'' building adjacent to the existing hangar. Construct new ramps andwalkways adjacent to the buildings. This is a total labor surplus area set-aside procurement. The estimated price range for this contract is between $500,000 and $1 million. Duration of the contract is approximately 270 days after date of award.
