Exisiting water damaged tile has been asbestos abated and will require new floor tile applied as fill-in. Contractor will be required to remove and replace all office furniture, cabinets and equipment and incidental related work. Estimated cost $25,000 to $100,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days. Work is located at the Naval Training Center Annex, Orange County, Florida. Plans and Specs available o/a 10AUG95. There is no charge for plans and specs. Requests for solicitation must be received NLT 30AUG95. This procurement is being considered for 100 percentset-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, not later than 07AUG95, indicate interest by providing to the above contracting office all the following requirements (1) A positive statement requesting this project be set aside for SDB firms; (2) a positve statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, indicating your ethnic group; (3) a CURRENT letter from your bonding company stating they will bond this project, REFERENCING THE TITLE AND SOLICITATION NUMBER OF THIS PROJECT. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted, without further notice.
