The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for removal and replacement of existing failed precast lightweight concrete panels and associated roof membrane; approximately 60 new precase lightweight concrete panels are required; and incidental related work at Building 744, Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. It is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an UNRESTRICTED BASIS as to business size. The contract duration period is for 90 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered. Plans and specs will not be mailed to firms within the Greater San Diego Area.
