The work includes providing all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required for testing and cathodic protection for existing underground diesel JP-5 storage tanks, removal of residual fuel and testing and monitoring of gases inside tanks, automatic overfill protection, and repair of high level tank alarm systems and incidental related work at the Naval Air Station, North Island, San Diego, California. The contract price is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. It is a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. Bids will be solicted for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is for 120 calendar days. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered.
