place a one time delivery order against a nonmandatory Federal Supply
Schedule, GSOOK94AGS0465PS01, FSC Group 58, with Nautical Electronic
Laboratories Limited, Hacket's Cove, Nova Scotia, Canada. The delivery
order will procure the following equipment and quantity: 20
ea.,nondirectional beacons (NDB) transmitters, model ND 200S,
continuously variable power output 25 to 50 watts. Totally solid state
single NDB transmitter single channel crystal controlled. Emission
non/A2A. Operation from 115/230V, 50/60HZ and 48v DC, two manuals
included; 20ea., battery chargers, model NAB5/1, 48V, 3amp battery
charger (wall mount) for lead acid/nicad batteries, for use with ND200
or ND500II transmitter; 20 ea., alarm receivers, model NRB3, remote
beacon monitor alarm receiver, single channel crystal controlled, A2A
reception. Operation from 110/220V AC, 50/60 HZ frequency range 190)535
KHZ; 20 ea, loop antennas, model NLA/1, active ferrite loop antenna for
use with remote beacon monitor receiver. Power supplied by the
receiver; 20 ea., antenna systems, model PA40A, polestar 40 ft antenna
complete with automatic antenna tuning unit; 20 ea., Lighting Kits,
obstruction lighting kit for use with antenna, PA40A. Offeror is to bid
on all or none. All items must be delivered not later than 90 to 120
calendar days after contract award. Vendor who can furnish the items
are requested to submit in writing 15 calendar days from the first date
of this notice, a substantive statement clearly stating the ability to
fill this requirement. Substantiveness would be indicated by a
statement of exactly what equipment is offered, firm pricing, delivery
schedule, discount terms, business classification or size, and f.o.b.
Destination. Responses to this notice with GSA schedule pricing shall
include GSA Contract number and expiration date. If no responses are
received a delivery order will be placed with the above referenced
contractor in accordance with the terms and conditions of the GSA
schedule contract. When a response is received from another schedule
vendor for item(s) that meets the requirement at the lowest overall
cost, a delivery order will be placed against that schedule contract.
When a response isreceived from a nonscheduled vendor that meets the
requirement and an analysis indicates that a competitive acquisition
would be more advantageous to thegovernment, a formal solicitation will
