EFFECTIVE 1 OCTOBER 1994, ALL SOLICITATIONS ISSUED FROM Ft. MONMOUTH FOR ACQUISITIONS OVER THE SMALL PURCHASE THRESHOLD WILL Be SOLICITED VIA THE EBB. AFTER 1 OCTOBET 1994, ONLY THOSE PARTIES WHO Do NOT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO ACCES THE EBB WILL BE FORWARDED HARD COPIES UPON REQUEST.
