The cable shall meet the following mandatory specifications: fiber type-Multimode, Corning FDDI (meet or exceed), Core diameter - 62.5 um, Cladding Diameter 125 um, Tight Buffer Diameter - 900 um, Outer Jacket Material-Plenum rated, meeting UL (910) with a sample to be submitted (along with a complete cable specification sheet) for connector compatibility, Outer Jacket Color-Orange, Cable Diameter-3.0 mm X 6.5 mm, Secondary Buffer - .9 mm and differing in color (example 1 red 1 white), Wavelength -850mm 1300nm, Attenuation-3.0 db/km 1.0 db/km, Bandwidth-160 Mhz 500 Mhz-km, Flame Retardancy-UL Listed Type OFNP (910), Strength Member-Aramid Yarn, Separability-Cables must separate easily. A firm-fixed price indefinite quantity indefinite delivery type contract will be awarded for one (1) year with (2) option year periods. Requested delivery of the contract minimum is 30 days following contract award. The cable minimum is 70,000 meters.
