The Coastal Systems Station Dahlgren Division, NSWC intends to procure two Intensified Multispectral Cameras (model IMC-201-IPQR-3) with optional equipment, and associated equipment, from Xybion Electronic Systems. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, FL, within thirty days of contract award. Under previous competition, Xybion developed these cameras for use in the Coastal Battlefield Reconnaissance and Analysis, Advanced Technology Demonstration, and Joint Countermine Advanced Concept Technology Demonstration Programs. As a result, Xybion has proprietary rights to the technical data package for this requirement. Therefore, these items will be obtained on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1,. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Note 22 applies. (0202)
