The purpose of the LRMP is to reautomate existing land title and records data, systems, and business processes and functions into a distributed processing environment. Initially this will be done through the development and completion of the Land Records Information System - II (LRIS-2). The LRMP will also automate and integrate manual functions such as chain-of-title and ownership processing, document image management and retrieval, and title status mapping the Land Records History and Imaging System (LHIS) component of the LRMP. This requirement, Relational Database Management System - HP9000 Series E45 Modules and options, focuses on applications needed for the LTR-LRI re-engineering effort that will accommodate software requirements for the two LRMP Development Sites. The software needed includes: two each of Xoftware Xdesktop for Windows (includes TCP/IP Stack)-50 User Licenses, ten each of ARC/VIEW 2.0 for Windows, two each HP9000 Series E45 including maintenance, Lotus CC:Mail for Windows - 50 User Upgrade (Novell 3.x compatible). The general hardware requirements are: Forty-one each 100 MHZ personal computers, Five each laserjets, Thirty-two each 16-Bit Self-Configuring NIC cards, Five 90 MHZ personal computers, One Notebook, One Notebook Printer, and various connectors, boxes, and cabling. The contract to be awarded for the above will be set-aside for award under the authority of 25 U.S.C. 47, Buy Indian Act. The Government reserves the option to award on an ``all or none basis'' or a multiple award. A detailed list of all products and quantities needed will be included in the solicitation. (202)
