The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington D.C. has a requirement to procure services to develop a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for the JAST Logistics Modeling Environment (JLME) Bridges in support of the Naval Air Systems Command, Arlington, VA. JLME is a current project under Government contract. This GUI effort will upgrade the existing JLME command line and text editor interface with ''point and click'' operations, menus, windows, and other features to assist the user in the operation of the JLME bridge software. This task will roughly break down into the design and development of shell scripts and then the building of the GUI that calls the shell scripts.
