SF-254 and SF-255's are being requestsed from firms to provide professional surveying sevices on the Angeles National Forest, Cleveland National Forest, Los Padres National Forest and San Vernardino Natonal Forest including, but not limited to, cadastral surveying, control surveying, topographic mapping, photogrammetric survey and mapping, and engineering construction surveys. The following Evaluation Criteria will be applied, listed in descending order of importance: (1) Personnel qualificatons necessary for satisfactory performance and shall be licensed as a Land Surveyor in te State of California; (2) Specialized experience and technical competence. (a) Capability demonstrated by relevant examples of previous work similar in nature and magnitude (either as a firm or through individual experience by proposed team members); (3) Capacity to accomplish the work in a timely manner; (4) Availabilty of additional contractor personnel or consultants to support expansion or acceleration of the work; (5) Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms or cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules; (6) Locaton in the general geographical area of each individual Forest and demonstrated knowledge of the locality of each individual Forest.
