The Wiesbaden Regional Contracting Center intends to competitively award a firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Type contract for the maintenance support of Government owned Tier III word/data processing systems throughout the Mediterranean Region, Republic of Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. The contractor shall provide per-call repair and maintenance support including repair parts for all the assigned Government owned Tier III computer equipment under the responsibility of the 5th Signal Command. The equipment consists of central processing units primarily in desktop configuration, printers, and peripherals, for a variety of word/data processing equipment and single user personal computers used by USAREUR supported units. The equipment manufacturers include Zenith, Apple, Unisys, CPT, C,ITOH, 3M, Intel, Wyse, Everex and other small firms within the data products arena.
