R -- REAL ESTATE ASSET MANAGEMENT (REAM) SERVICE FOR AREAS 4, 5 & 7. THE HUD OWNED PROPERTIES ARE LOCATED IN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS SOL H05R95035200000 POC Preston Brown Contract Specialist at 312/886-9766. HUD is issuing one RFP for all 3 areas. The offeror must perform management and related services for single family properties which are owned by or are in the custody of HUD in the following geographic areas of the City of Chicago. Area 4 contains properties located in the boundary on the East side of the Chicago River, the North side is Division Street(1200N) the West side is the City limits, and the South side is Madison St. (North/South base line of the City). Area 5 contains properties from Madison Street, South to 63rd Street. Area 7 contains properties from 111th Street South to the City of Chicago limits. The contractor shall be required to perform REAM services which require daily services in the form of inspections, debris removal, lawn maint., Winterization, etc. The terms of the contract is for a one base year period with two single year option periods to be exercised by the Government. The standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 6531. The size standard is $1,500.000. The proposed contracts listed here are 100 percent small business set-asides.
