R -- FACILITATOR SERVICES FOR PARTNERING AND TEAM-BUILDING SESSIONS FOR THE COMMANDER, PACIFIC DIVISION, NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SOL N62742-95-R-3507 POC Contact Mr. Danny H F Lau, Contract Specialist, (808) 471-5118 The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a contract for facilitator services which are needed for partnering and team-building sessions conducted to support construction, environmental, and facility support efforts conducted by the Commander, Pacific Division, Naval Facilities Engineering Command. This will be an indefinite quantity contract under which work will be required on an ''as needed'' basis, intermittently during the life of the contract. A minimum contract fee of $10,000 is guaranteed. The contract will be for one year with a Government reserved option to extend the contract for one additional year. There will be no future synopsis in the event the option included in the contract is exercised. The number of sessions estimated per year may exceed 16. Estimated start date is October 1995. This prospective contract is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard classification is SIC 8741 ($3.5 million in annual receipts).
