Place of performance will be at the previously mentioned sites as well as the contractor facility. Technical support shall include: project management, program management, environmental, safety and health, quality assurance, emergency management, environmental restoration and waste management, enviornmental engineering, technology integration, and infrastructure support. Experience with CERCLA, RCRA, OSHA, NEPA, and Clean Air and Water Acts is required. Analysis and review of various reports is required. This a competitive 8 (a), national buy requirement limited to eligible 8 (a)'s. The applicable SIC code is 8744. Period of performance for all sites except MB is a base period of one-year (Jan. 1, 1996 - December 31, 1996) with a potential of two one-year options (Jan. 1, 1997 - December 31, 1997 and Jan. 1, 1998 - Dec. 31, 1998). The Miamisburg Area Office will have a basis period of performance of Oct. 1, 1996 - Dec. 31, 1996 and the same option periods as the other offices.
