requirement for Superfund/RCRA/EPCRA/UST Hotline Services until award
of a competitive procurement can be made. EPA intends to fulfill this
requirement by negotiating a six (6) month extension to contract
68-W0-0039 with Booz-Allen and Hamilton, Inc. This notice of intent is
for informational purposes and is not a request for competitive
proposals. No solicitation is available. This requirement calls for the
receipt, processing and responding to approximately 100,000 information
requests regarding programs initiated under the Resource Conservation
and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response
Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Emergency Planning and
Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA), the Superfund Amendments
Reauthorization Act (SARA) Title III, the Clean Air Act Amendments
