Intense Residential Guidance programs, as well as their on-going efforts to meet the educational needs of ALL their students. The purpose of this project is to help develop an assistive program for the staff and students at Agency schools which reduces behavior problems, promotes staff awareness and generally helps students deal with everyday living. Work will be done at the school sites using trained Native American personnel who are familar with cultural diversities and the geographical (rural) backgrounds of the students. This procurement is a Total Labor Surplus Area Set-Aside.
