The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, tools and materials, equipment and transportation necessary to perform custodial services at Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport, Mississippi. The work includes, but is not limited to, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash cans, cleaning common use areas, cleaning and stocking restrooms as well as providing indefinite quantity work including, but not limited to, waxing floors, scrubbing carpets, and other specialty custodial services. When requesting a bid set, provide information as to whether your organization (together with its affiliates) is a large or small business. The proposed acquisition listed herein is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office in writing as early as possible but not later than 07 August 1995. This notification must contain a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern and specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management, experience in similar work, and financial status shall be submitted with reference. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside procurement without further notice. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price type with Indefinite Quantity provisions. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months and contain twelve month options with a total contract term not to exceed 60 months. Firm Fixed Price estimated cost is between 100K and 500K.
