S -- HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR HOSPITAL SOL DABT23-95-B-0109 DUE 091995 POC Nelson Kerr, Contract Specialist, 502-624-4947, FAX 502-624-7165. Contractor shall provide housekeeping services in Ireland Army Community Hospital and other outlying medical buildings at Fort Knox, Kentucky during the period 1 November 1995 through 31 October 1996 with four one-year option periods. Contractor shall have performed hospital housekeeping services in vital patient care areas of surgery, recovery, intensive care, labor and delivery, isolation, newborn nursery, and emergency room at least 12 months within the previous 36 months. Contractor shall provide an on-site executive housekeeper who is a certified member of the National Executive Housekeeper's Association or the Environmental Management Association and who has had at least one year prior executive housekeeper or two years assistant executive housekeeper experience within the previous five years.
