Provide printing services for 3 different issues of the Peace Corps publication entitled ``Peace Corps Times''. Each order should consist of approximately 11,000 copies with no variation in quantity. The number of pages per copy of the publication must equal 44. The printing of the publication should be head to head and be printed on a press capable of printing four colors in a single pass through the press (minimum four printing units) and have the printing quality work comparable to a government printing office quality level 3. The paper options to be considered are as follows: Option 1: text (pages 3 - 42) stock is to be 50 lb. bright white litho coated text, recycled and the cover (pages 1/2 and 43/44) stock is to be 70 lb. bright white litho coated text, recycled. Option 2: all stock (pages 1 - 44) is to be 60 lb. bright white litho coated text, recycled. The production facility of the publication must be within a 50 mile radius of the Peace Corps, 1990 K Street, N.W., Washington, DC.
