limited to: Removal of a 3 KVA off-line Uninterruptable Power System
(UPS) and the removal of two small UPS' along with their associated
bypass equipment and electrical power distribution hardware. The
removal of a 12 circuit panelboard and replacing it with a 24 circuit
panelboard. The installation of an isolation transformer and two single
circuit breakers and their enclosures. Assembling a new 10 KVA UPS and
its installation. Installing a new feeder for the isolation
transformer. The estimated price range of this project is under
$50,000. This requirement will be filled by written RFQ. Award is
anticipated by mid-November. This PROCUREMENT IS 100% SMALL BUSINESS

(DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU),
has programs to assist minority, women-owned and disadvantaged
business enterprises to acquire short-term working capital and bonding
assistance for transportation-related contracts. This is applicable to
any eligible prime or subcontract at any tier. The DOT Bonding
Assistance Program enables firms to apply for bid, performance and
payment bonds up to $1.0 million per contract. The DOT provides an 80%
guaranty on the bond amount to surety against losses. Loans are also
available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime
interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum
