PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to construct a co-located club and access road. Part A - single story steel frame structure approximately 32,000 SF including dining areas, banquet rooms, lounges and food preparation. Includes metal roof, EIFS exterior finish, specialty finishes, food service equipment, furnishings, special construction, mechanical, electrical, utilities, and incidental related work. Part B - upgrade approximately 650 LF of roadway to provide access to the co-located club. This work involves demolition of the existing road surface, widening the road to 50 feet, adding new curb, gutter, and sidewalk, landscaping and irrigation, upgrading existing sorm drainage system, utilities and incidental related work. The estimated construction cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. This is a firm fixed price contract. This project is unrestricted. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 1542 and the related small business size standard is $17,000,000. Contract duration is 380 calendar days.
