The solicitation number is GS-04P-95-EXC- 0055. The following language is added to that announcement as follows: Under Phase I in addition to the previously published criteria, the prime contractor is required to submit a Base Offeror Maximum Price (BOMP) that establishes a not-to-exceed price for the turn-key delivery of the project including all remaining designs and construction. This factor is included with those specified in Part 3 of Volume 4 of the SFO. A new Phase II weighted evaluation criteria entitled ''Proposed Design Solutions'' is added and reads as follows: The Prime Contractor will provide information and submissions that clearly define: 1. The exterior wall system that includes a rendering of the entire main entrance elevation depicting the proposed materials, typical exterior wall sections and exterior wall system outline specifications; 2. Central Mechanical plant and typical floor HVAC distribution layout including outline specifications; 3. Building, Life Safety, Security, and Energy Management control systems (including commercial literature that fully describes operating capabilities); 4. System(s) for voice, data, power distribution within facility; 5. Other Prime Contractor Value Engineering solutions. Solicitations for Offerors will be available on July 26, 1995. Phase I submittals will be due September 12, 1995 and Phase II proposals will be due February 14, 1996. Firms desiring consideration must respond in writing to the Contract Specialist at the above address not later than close of business August 7, 1995. Previous requesters need not reapply.
