Project consists of remodeling the Palomar Ranger Station Office which includes but is not limited to construction of two single-story, wood framed office additions with stucco exterior, asphalt shingle roof, and mechanical systems. Additives include retrofits of exterior to hardboard siding and window replacements. To reach project site, travel east from Escondido, CA on State Highway 78 for approximately 30 miles to Black Canyon Road. Turn north on Black Canyon and travel approximately 1.5 miles to Palomar Ranger Station. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Estimated price range is $25,000 to $100,000.
