To reach the project location, from San Diego, CA travel east on Interstate 8 approximately 45 miles to County Route S1. Travel south on County Route S1 for approximately 6 miles to Cottonwood Station. Contract time is 120 calendar days. Solicitations will be available on or about 08/14/95.
