This Project consists of bituminous concrete pavement resurfacing (1-1/2'' minimum depth) on roadways; cold planing of bituminous concrete pavement; bituminous concrete sidewalk construction; cement concrete sidewalk construction; full depth reconstruction of sections of bituminous pavements and subbase along roadways; full depth reconstruction of bituminous sidewalks; new construction of roadway pavement and subbase at curb return widening; new construction of bituminous concrete and cement concrete handicap ramps, and bituminous concrete ramp-downs; crack repair in bituminous and cement concrete pavement; furnishing and installing rubber and timer railroad grade crossings; removal, repair, and installation of storm drainage system; adjusting of manhole covers and frames and grates and gate boxes and covers to be flush with new pavements; removal of existing concrete curbing and replacement with new granite curbing; painting new pavement markings; installing new traffic signs and removing and resetting existing signs, and landscaping, including loaming and seeding and clearing.
