This project consists of selective demolition to existing facilities, construction of approximately 2,300 square foot (SF) addition to the existing facility. Existing facility (approximately 1,500 SF) and new addition to receive new interior and exterior finishes as specififed. New kitchen equipment is to be furnished and installed as specified. Electrical and mechanical syistems are to be furnished and installed. Completed facility will provide for eat-in and carryout meals. The specifications do not require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. Anticipated opening date is 7 September 1995. Performance time will be 210 calendar days. ``This action is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
