This project consists of the removal and replacement of the existing two lane, one-way concrete and asphalt roadway and upgrading existing storm drainage system to include an additional parallel trunk line. Associated site work small include sodding and repositioning street signs and utility lines. One lane shall be open at all times. The Specifications do not require the contractor to deliver, use, store, or handle hazardous material at this government activity. Anticipated opening date is 7 September 1995. Performance time will be 195 calendar days. ``This action is being considered for 100% Set-Aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerns.
