This project shall include but shall not be limited to the following: Replace 51 hydrant adapters with API adapters. Refurbishing 21 4'' hydrant control valves. Replace 20 4'' hydrant butterfly valves with ball valves. Provide pipe spools or relocating flanges as necessary to install new valves and adapters. Remove 6 butterfly and ball valves (8, 12 and 14 inch pipe size) and short sections of stainless steel and aluminum pipe. Install 6 Government-furnished double block and bleed plug valves, welding stainless steel and aluminum pipe. The above description of work is for general information only.
