Proposed contract will be a fixed price requirement-type contract. This solicitation will be issued on or about 21 Aug 95 and will open on or about 20 Sep 95. The proposed project is being considered for 100% set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should provide in writing to the Contracting Officer as early as possible, but not later than 15 days after the published date of this notice, specifically: (1) their intention to bid the project as prime contractor; (2) a positive statement of eligibility as a small, socially and economically disadvantaged business concern, and (3) evidence of capacity to obtain required bonds.
