Provide all labor, materials, supplies and equipment to expand POV/MEP
Parking areas and enlarge fences, USARC, Cannon Falls, MN. Work
includes removal of subgrade and topsoil for areas being converted to
parking and remove fence located inside new fenced area. Install
temporary protecton for gas meter. Widen on drive and install two
additional drives. Install aggregate base course with sand subbase
course in areas being converted to Military Equipment Parking (MEP).
Install asphaltic concrete pavement as specified for POV parking and
entrances, to include base, subbase, prime and tack coat. Install
additional security fencing and gates. Install sidewalk from USARC to
new POV parking lot. Move, properly place, and level surplus subgrade
soils and topsoils to provide a good level lawn at low spots. Magnitude
of project is between $25,000 and $100,000. 20% bid bond required.
Performance time is 60 calendar days. Requests for this solicitation
must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check,
cashier's check or money order made payable to the US Treasury in the
amount of $8.00 per package. No company, personal, registered checks or
cash accepted. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be
