Automotive and Truck Batteries for the Kansas Army National Guard for an indefinite quantity type contract for eight different storage batteries for twelve Organizational Maintenance Shops throughout the State of Kansas. The required batteries are of the following types: 6 TL Track Vehicles, 31MF-7P/31-VHD Maintenance Free, 31MP-7S/31VHD Maintenance Free, 45R or 22NF Generator, 4D (PVHD)/40-4D Forklift, 4-1000 25 Ton Crane, 4HN 5K Gas Generator, and 24-5R Sedan.The batteries shall be delivered, stocked, and maintained in a regulardelivery route fashion at the following locations: Hays, Iola,Wichita, Hutchinson, Sabetha, Topeka, Kansas City, Ottawa, Salina,Manhattan, Fort Scott, and Dodge City, Kansas. Estimated quantitiesof batteries is 2400 per year. Contract will require periodic disposalof old batteries. A multiple year contract is anticipated with one basicyear and one year option.
