The Federal Highway Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide Long Term Pavement Performance Data Analysis. The successful offeror will provide the following technical, nonpersonal assistance: (1) aid the FHWA in coordinating and integrating the overall LTPP data analysis program; (2) prepare detailed preliminary statements of work for specific analysis projects that may be undertaken under the contract upon Government approval; (3) the conduct of LTPP data analyses (i.e., the production of research products) by the successful offeror: and (4) assistance with technology transfer activities for promising analytical results. It is anticipated that approximately 70% of the annual FHWA LTPP data analysis program will be completed through this procurement. The period of performance for this project is approximately 5 years. The FHWA issued a sources sought synopsis titled Long Term Pavement Performance Data Analysis Project in June. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FHWA.--The requestor's DUNS number should be included in the request.--To expedite the request, please furnish two self-addressed gummed labels for each solicitation requested.--The solicitation number should appear on the bottom edge of the labels.
