Carroll (509) 527-7214 (Site Code DACW68) The Anadromous Fish Evaluation Program (AFEP) requires a biometrician / statistician with demonstrated experience in reviewing government funded anadromous fish research and hydropower operations conducted by the Corps of Engineers in the Columbia River Basin, to provide an objective and independent review of statistical objectives and parameters of similar research projects. Contractor will review research proposals submitted under North Pacific Division's Anadromous Fish Evaluation Program (AFEP) for technical merit and applicability; to make recommendations on progress and completion reports; attend related Corps and AFEP subcommittee meetings related to their reviews, discuss results and provide comments and suggestions on experimental design during the development of research studies. Offeror's proposal will be evaluated based on the following criteria which are listed in descending order of importance: education; technical qualifications; experience of biometrician/statistician; past performance; legal testimony as a technical expert; experience with regional scientific review programs; and number of publications in refereed journal.
