The Goverment intends to issue a Sole Source contract to Ternion Corporation Huntsville, AL 35807 for Force Level Analysis and Mission Effectiveness System (FLAMES tm) computer software package and provide engineering and programming support in the design, development, and use of a custom FLAMES based application. They will also provide training to Marine Corps designated programming staff in FLAMES model development techniques and in the proper use of FLAMES based applications. Delivery is anticipated within 21 days of award. Interested parties shall submit pricing information on the above requirement. All responses for responsible sources wil be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued; if a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be issued. Any such solicitation will be issued to the intended vendor and all firms that respond to this synopsis of intent or otherwise request a copy of this solicitation.
