The period of performance is anticipated to be 1 Nov 95 through 30 Sep 96 for the base period. There will be two 12-month options periods. The Contractor shall provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, 5-year maintenance, and emergency service call maintenance. Type and quantities of equipment as follows: four (4) Montgomery Traction Passenger elevators, model CT-41350-53, capacity 4500 lbs, 350 FPM, 7 floors; two (2) Montgomery Hydraulic Passenger elevators, model CP-41356-57, capacity 4000 lbs, 125 FPM, 2 floors; two (2) Montgomery Traction Automatic Cart Lifts, model CT-41354-55, capacity 1000 lbs, 200 FPM, 3 floors; One (1) Matot Dumbwaiter, model 14154, capacity 500 lbs, 50 FPM, 2 floors; two (2) Dover Traction Passenger elevators, capacity 2500 lbs, 350 FPM, 5 floors.
