Availability dates 9/25 through 10/31. Work includes drydocking, hull blasting and painting, zinc replacement, non skid replacement, clean and gas free and paint tanks. All west coastwide sources who currently hold, or are qualified for and willing to enter into an Agreement for Boat Repair (DFAR 217.71) prior to award, may submit a bid which shall be considered by this agency. Firms which do not possess a Master Ship Agreement/Agreement for Boat Repair (as applicable) are ineligible for award unless adequate time exists to permit the Navy to perform an Assessment of their MSRA/ABR application and to execute the applicable MSRA/ABR without impacting the vessel's availablity dates (0205)
