Counseling to be provided by licensed Psychologists, Social Workers, Psychiatrists, or other counselors, individually or in groups, specifically directed at social, psychological, or behavioral problems which bear a distinct relationship to the process of readjustment from military duty during the Vietnam/Post Vietnam ear to civilian life. Clients will be provided through referral only. Area of consideration is limited to providers physically located in the Santa Cruz County of California.
