Services required include the contractor furnishing all personnel, materials, supplies, machinery and appliances necessary to provide janitorial service for both administrative and direct patient care areas for an approximate 44,000 square feet medical facility and 250-space parking area. Contract period will be for one year from date of award, with two one-year options. Estimated issue date is 8/11/95. Evaluation of proposals will be based on the concept of Best Value to the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is determined most advantageous to the Government.
