The Contractor shall provide all labor facilities as described herein. The work to be accomplished shall include maintenance and repair of all family housing units and real property, change of occupancy, janitorial services, painting, appliance replacement, minor construction alterations, incidental asbestos removal and incidental lead paint removal. The work shall also include providing and performing administrative and management services and all incidental related works and tasks. The contractor will be selected through formal source selection procedures. A Combination Firm Fixed Price/ Indefinite Quantity contract will be awarded.
