This is a source sought synopses. Sources are being sought to perform the construction of water and sewer system improvements on the Muckleshoot Indian Reservation, King County, WA. Work will primarily include approximately 25,550 LF of water main; Bolted glass fused steel overflow tank; (2) Concrete-block control buildings; and approximately 36,500 LF of sewer main. The project magnitude is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Interested parties shall submit documentation of capability and ownership to the attention of the Contracting Officer, 1220 S.W. 3rd Avenue, Room 218, Portland, Oregon 97204. The submission shall include the company's bonding capacity, list of projects similar in work and magnitude performed by the company including owner names and telephone numbers, documentation of Ownership of the Company, documentation of Indian-Ownership-Control level per the Buy Indian Act/ Size of Business / or Labor Surplus Area.
