This project is to update 6 single and 2 double exit doors with special-lite monumental wide side doors style doors or equal painted to match the existing framing with 10'' bottom rail and a 12'' mid panel. The hardware is to include: Van Duprin rim exit devices or equal, recessed door pulls, cylinders, select products limited SL-24HD continuous hinges or equal and removable mullions at the double doors. A special-lite 10-30 insert frame shall be installed at each door location to facilitate alignment of the new doors into old framing. The existing door closers are to remain after the exit doors are renewed the contractor shall supply the necessary labor to return at a later date.
