The project consists of renovating approximately 12,000 S.F. of the second floor area. The work includes demolition of existing metal stub and plaster walls, carpeting, doors and frames, ceilings, light fixtures, and HVAC ductwork. New construction consists of metal stub an gypsum board walls, a new look out gallery, doors, frames, vinyl composition flooring, wall finishes and lay-in acoustical ceilings.
