Cavuto (215) 931-5488. Scope of Work: The work consists of providing
all labor, material, equipment and services necessary to furnish and
install a complete Epoxy Flooring System consisting of solid flexible
epoxy basecoat with a non-slip epoxy topcoat to most of the floor. The
work shall include the removal of loose and deteriorated existing
flooring; the repair and patching of existing flooring as necessary to
accept new material; the verification that the remaining flooring is
sound and compatible with the new material; and preparation of existing
surfaces to receive new flooring. The wooden portion of the floor will
be repaired where necessary, sanded and finished. Work shall be
completed in phases. A preproposal conference is scheduled on August
22, 1995 at 10:00 am in the Philadelphia P & DC, Rm. 323-A, 2970 Market
Street. The estimated price range is between $750,000.00 and
$900,000.00 with completion required within 270 calendar days after
receipt of Notice to Proceed. Solicitation packages will be available
on August 14, 1995, at $35.00 per set, NON-REFUNDABLE, from BBLM
